Many of our patients today have high demanding lifestyles, especially in the Dallas, TX and Fort Worth, TX areas. Guess what – we have it! - The All on Four and we have to locations one in Dallas, TX and the other in Fort Worth, TX. Moreover, we have been doing this since 2013. Dr. Damon has personally performs about 6-10 arches a month for JUST THE ALL ON FOUR, let alone many other snap on dentures, single tooth implants, wisdom tooth removals, and traditional denture surgeries. What we have found is that the average patient seeking a permanent solution will not settle for a denture that their parents or grandparents wore, they have suffered long enough with loose or failing teeth that they are ready for a permanent solution.
Here are some of the main benefits of the All on Four Dental implant procedure:
- Surgery is performed under IV Sedation
- Permanent teeth are provide that day
- No palatal coverage so taste is not inhibited
- Strong bite
- Slim and small prosthesis that feels similar to natural teeth.
- Many times no need for prior bone grafting, this is usually a graft less procedure
- In our office- we handle the entire process from Diagnosis, to Surgery, to Restoration and even our own lab fabricates the prosthesis.
What are the steps that are involved?
The process starts with a consultation with Dr. Damon, Dr. Blankenship, or Dr. Secola There – your desires are discussed so we can find out exactly how we can help you and meet your needs. We take a 3-D CT Scan to evaluate your bone and existing teeth. We will then digitally show you how we place the All on Four dental implants so you can understand how the procedure works and your candidacy.
At the consultation we will go over the fees of treatment. We do offer 3 types of financing available for patients: Care Credit, Wells Fargo Health Advantage, and Lending Club.
Prior to surgery, we will fabricate your prosthesis. We will need to take alginate impressions, potentially wax rims – this is a step to re build the bite if it has collapsed, and then a viewing. We feel that it is very important to see what your teeth will look like .
