Complete and Partial Dentures in Fort Worth

We believe in affordable dentures in Fort Worth. Have you been told it will cost $25,000 or $50,000 to get your teeth fixed? Are you looking for a more affordable dentures option? With conventional removable dentures, you can achieve a great smile, eliminate failing teeth, and have dentures placed simultaneously as the teeth are extracted for a much lower cost than with permanent dental implants. Dentures are a more affordable option.

If you are a current denture wearer or considering immediate dentures, come by for a consultation with Dr. Damon and staff at the Texas Implant and Dental Center in Fort Worth or Dallas. We focus on serving the needs of denture wearers in the Fort Worth and Dallas areas with two offices.

Our name says it all, and you know we will treat you right, get it right the first time, and have honest pricing. Choose to be seen in either our Dallas or Fort Worth Office. The Dallas office is located right off I-75 and Belt Line Rd, and the Fort Worth office is located off Summit Ave.

Each and Every Denture is Customized

We understand that a smile is your best outfit and one of your best assets. We take extra time by not cutting corners to make sure you are getting the look you want. Every patient has the opportunity to try in or view their denture in wax before we process. This ensures proper fit, proper esthetics, and happy patients.

While the teeth are set in wax, we can make adjustments. If it is not right, we adjust it right then. There have been countless times Dr. Damon has grabbed his lab technicians to come in to meet the patient and make esthetic corrections right then! We believe in a team approach that involves participation from the patient, assisting staff, Dr. Damon, and the lab technicians.

Restore Your Smile With Immediate Dentures in Fort Worth, TX

Immediate dentures occur when a patient’s first set of dentures is placed immediately after the teeth are extracted. They help patients obtain a great smile, get rid of failing teeth, and have dentures placed immediately after the tooth extractions.

Immediate Dentures in Fort Worth

Since many patients inquiring about dentures are looking at getting into the prosthesis for the first time, they most likely will need some tooth extractions to get Dentures. This is called an Immediate Denture.

With all of our immediate dentures, we include three sets of soft liners. The patient wears these aligners for about 4 – 6 months after surgery while the bone and gums heal. This way, you have a good fit during the healing process. Many other offices do not do this, and soft liners are an essential step in having a denture that fits adequately during the healing process.

What Is the Cost of Immediate Dentures?

At Texas Implant and Dental Center, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care and fully customized dentures that can restore your bite and your confidence in your smile.

Each patient’s dentures and restorative treatment plan is unique, meaning cost varies on a case-by-case basis. Some patients might need a simple replacement, some may need teeth removed, and some may need dental implants.

Our immediate dentures start at $895 an arch, and they do not include extractions or other items needed. Dr. Clark Damon, Dr. Jordan Dupree, and Dr. MJ Secola can help you understand your options and the cost of dentures when you visit one of our dental implant offices in Fort Worth or Dallas.

Luckily, we do have an in-house lab, where we can fabricate your prosthesis reasonably quickly, but we make them the traditional way, which requires four steps:

  1. Impressions,
  2. Wax Rims,
  3. Wax Try in,
  4. and Delivery.

Having an in-house lab assures you get the best product, and you get to approve the wax set up. You are in control of the process. We offer outstanding dentures and will work with you to place the cost of your dentures comfortably within your budget.

Need Your Dentures Repaired?

No problem, our in-house lab in Fort Worth and Dallas can get you fixed up in two hours! (Occasionally, repairs can take 24 hours, depending on the type of break).

Providing Denture Repair at Our In-House Dental Lab in Fort Worth

No matter how careful you are with your dentures, you can have an accident and break them. Unfortunately, it can happen at the most inopportune moments, leaving you with gaps or even unable to chew.

While you are likely to have extra light bulbs, a spare tire, and even extra glasses, the chances are that you do not have an extra set of dentures. Luckily, the Texas Implant and Dental Center has an in-house lab offering same-day denture repair in Fort Worth and Dallas.

How Do Dentures Break?

There are typically two types of denture breakages – denture tooth breakage, teeth coming off the denture, or the denture breaking in half. Either way, the denture may be able to be repaired.

Please note: do not try to fix a cracked denture yourself. If you try to glue the denture back together and you do not get it 100% precise, then you have guaranteed that you just eliminated any chance of getting that denture repaired. We can fix broken dentures Monday – Thursday. There is no emergency denture repair available.

Why Do Dentures Break?

Your dentures can break for any number of reasons, but the leading cause is time. Over time, bone resorption or atrophy occurs, causing the supporting tissues to have a slight gap between the denture and the gums. Dentures usually require relining every 2 – 3 years. After 5 – 7 years, it is time to replace them altogether. Did you know your dentures are involved in 1,200,000 million chewing cycles every year?

Repairing Broken Dentures

Denture repairs can take about one hour if it is simple, like repairing a denture tooth. If the denture is cracked, it may take up to four hours. This is a far cry from other dentists who do not have an in-house lab – there, it may take days, even up to a week or more!

The Process

The first step is the consultation. Dr. Damon, Dr. Dupree, or Dr. Secola will evaluate if your broken denture can be fixed and, if so – how. Often we need to take a reline impression for either a reline or a rebase. Using this impression, we grind down the damaged areas and then add acrylic to repair them. After, the repaired areas have to be cured, trimmed and polished before the final cleaning. Then returned to you… fixed!

Why Implant-Supported Dentures?

Implant dentures, snap-on dentures, or dental implants for dentures are an excellent alternative for patients who are losing or missing teeth in one or both arches. Dental Implants can help maintain the bone in the jaws and improve your ability to chew. It also plays a vital role in securing a removable denture in the mouth.

Implant Dentures – The Clear Choice

With over 40 years of extensive clinical research and a high success rate, the use of denture implants as a preferred alternative to standard conventional dentures is widespread.

Our patients who have elected implants to secure their dentures are more confident, have a better ability to chew and feel happier about themselves.

Dental implants feel like natural teeth compared to regular dentures. In addition, implant dentures feel more stable and secure.

Why Implant Dentures at Texas Implant and Dental Center?

All implants placed at Texas Implant and Dental Center are made from high-quality materials and crafted using the latest techniques available. We use Nobel Biocare – Nobel Active Implant. This is the #1 implant system on the market and is the most used by specialists. It is a premium dental implant, and w say that because not all implants are created equal.

Texas Implant and Dental Center’s Unique Implant Procedure

Every patient at Texas Implant and Dental Center undergoes a rigorous evaluation of their medical history, bone levels, and existing teeth. This enables Dr. Damon to develop an implant procedure that suits that particular patient.

Additionally, Dr. Damons’ two offices – Richardson, TX and Fort Worth, TX also use high-tech imaging materials such as the latest 3D CT from iCAT. This is an integral imaging device used in our patient assessment and implant treatment procedure.

This imaging device enables our staff to see different dimensional images of a patient’s existing teeth and jaw. It also helps us in determining what implant will be best for a particular client. We can also accurately determine the perfect placement of a denture implant. At the same time, we can identify the areas that need additional bone support to achieve excellent results.

What Are The Benefits of Implant Dentures?

Preserve Bone Levels

Losing teeth can cause bone deterioration in a short period of time due to a lack of bone stimulation. With implanted dentures, the bone level around the implants is preserved. At the same time, this provides a secure, long-lasting foundation for implant dentures simulating healthy teeth.

Looks, Feels, and Functions More Like Real Teeth

Since they are securely anchored deep in the jaw, implants have better performance than traditional removable dentures. Implant-supported dentures increase a person’s biting force and enable them to eat food like they had their natural teeth. Finally, it allows them to once again smile with comfort and confidence.

Help Maintain Facial Structure Integrity

Implants help keep facial structures intact because they prevent bone deterioration that typically happens with missing teeth. This is very important for people who have multiple missing teeth because their facial profile could collapse due to steady bone deterioration.
